Take a leisurely stroll through historic Savannah with us as we stop by the locations from the book that led to Savannah’s rise to fame as America’s Hostess City. Hear the true stories and the real names of the book’s iconic characters, including Jim Williams, Danny Hansford, Luther Driggers, Emma Kelly, Minerva the Voodoo Priestess, Joe Odom, the Lady Chablis, and many others.

Voices of the Dead Tour

Hear stories of shadow people, murder, and of cemeteries that have been paved over. Watch and listen to evidence of both residual and intelligent entities that still reside within these historic homes. Find out why one home required us to bring in a Catholic priest to perform an exorcism.

The Restless Souls Tour

Discover the history of hotels that were once converted into hospitals during the Yellow Fever Epidemic and during the Civil War. Find out about a serial killer that came to Savannah in the 1990's. Listen to stories of poltergeist activity and hear evidence of malevolent spirits that still cause physical attacks in these buildings to this very day.

Meet at the Ponce de Leon statue on the east side of the plaza, at the corner of King St. and Charlotte St.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All sales are final. The tour is rain or shine, so bring umbrellas if it looks as if it may rain.

The tour will, however, be canceled if the weather is more than a light rain.
